We search for an Export Specialist for the processing of our orders with foreign customers

Hling of sea freight, air freight  DHL shipments.
Contact  hling with the custom.
Contact  hling with the shipping companies.
Supervision of the dates of delivery  stock
Hling of the HS-code.
我们招聘一名出口专员，主要负责与国外客户一起处理定单的事宜。
处理与海运费，空运和DHL运输的相关事宜。

Preconditions
Business skills
Very good knowledge  experiences with the necessary laws, prescriptions  procedure are required.

岗位职责
1.协助总经理完善日常运作相关的制度体系、业务流程，建立规范、高效的运营管理体系
2.协助总经理制定运营中心各部门的业务计划，协调各部门的工作，建设和发展优秀的运营队伍
3.协助总经理制定运营指标、年度发展计划，进行业务跟踪，推动并确保营业指标的顺利完成

3. Coordinate GM to establish operation target, annual development plan, track transaction, push  surely complete operation target successfully
4. Coordinate GM to establish operation stard, supervise  carry out
5. Coordinate GM to take ge of daily business operation, oversee  test completely situation of each transaction, supervise each transaction  production department to finish task according to superior’s order
6. All details including:
a. stipulate production  transaction progress
b. follow-up working progress of transaction department
c. follow-up production progress of production department
d. oversee working quality  effects of production, transaction department
e. help GM to evaluation of production business department performance arrangement  test
